Job Description

In this role you will be liaising directly with clients and their employees to uphold compliance with tax regulations, supporting global operations and facilitating global work opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic team and will have access to leading specialists to help clients manage all aspects of their global mobilityprogrammes.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Support the tax return process and overseerelated deliverables for globally mobile employees within designated deadlines.
  • Offertax and planning adviceto internalteams to manage moves effectively.
  • Work in tandem with finance and HR departments to ensure precise calculation and reporting of payroll taxes and social security contributions.
  • Educate and counsel employees on their tax responsibilities and the potential implications oftheir international move.
  • Provide guidance on taxequalisationand protection policies to employees, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.
  • Analyseemployee compensation and payroll data to accurately calculate tax liabilities and identify potential benefits.
  • Prepare supporting applications and documentation tooptimiseemployees’ tax positions, including comprehensive data analysis and communication with assignees.
  • Diligently maintain detailed tax records and documentation for accuracy and audit-readiness.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in international tax laws and regulations.
  • Gain a broad understanding of otherpracticeswithin the business to identify cross-functional issues and collaborate with Tax SMEs for integrated solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth research on country-specific tax issues, particularly in areas where the organization operates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clientsand their employees, proactively managing workflows to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Regularly communicate with clientson the status of their mobilityprogramme, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Supportingthe financial management of the engagement (this includes billings, collection, metrics & KPIs tracking).
  • Collaborate with clients to implement Global Mobility Tax strategiesminimisingliabilities for both the company and the employee.
  • Recogniseand actively seek out fresh business prospects within the existing client base, gained through a deep understanding of their changing requirements.
  • Work to expand the client portfolio and nurture existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Analysemarket trends and competitive landscape to identify potential growth areas and opportunities.
