Family Help Lead Practitioner – Child & Family Support

Bristol City Council is recruiting a Family Help Keyworker for the North Neighbourhood Family Help Team. The role involves supporting and intervening with families in crisis, providing direct work with adults and children to meet their needs.

You will lead the intervention for children as the lead professional, carry out assessments, planning and review in partnership with families and multi-agency networks, and promote use of existing supports to prevent harm.
