Lead Mechanical Design Manager – HVAC & MEP (London)

Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Design Manager / Lead Designer for a central London-based MEP contractor. You will own mechanical design delivery across tenders and live projects, guiding a small team and coordinating with operations and project managers to meet programme and budget.

The role requires 8+ years in building-services design, strong HVAC knowledge, and experience from tender through to commissioning. Hybrid office/site presence in Central London is expected.
