Hybrid Parking Appeals Officer – Customer & Adjudication Expert

Unity Recruitment is seeking a Parking Appeals Officer to provide a responsive customer service in parking operations. The role involves handling correspondence, appeals, permits, calls, income, refunds, complaints, and participating in adjudication when required.
