Senior New Business Manager – Scotland, Outbound Growth

BDO UK LLP in Scotland is seeking a Senior New Business Manager to drive growth across a defined area, covering Scotland with base in Glasgow or Edinburgh. You’ll generate qualified meetings, progress SQLs, and coach junior colleagues while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and GTM teams using a consistent sales methodology.

You’ll lead outreach using buyer-led, issue-based positioning, ensure timely follow-up, and maintain accurate CRM data.
