Basic salary £35,000 – £70,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus (potential to earn over £100k) + £5k Car Allowance + Paid Expenses + 34 Days Holiday (including Birthday & Bank Holidays).

Your Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll:

  • Carry out high-quality residential property inspections
  • Produce professional, accurate and client-focused reports
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from instruction through to completion
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and professional introducers
  • Contribute ideas that help shape and improve a growing business

About You

  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
  • Experienced in residential surveys and valuations (Help to Buy experience desirable)
  • Technically confident with excellent inspection and report-writing skills
  • Comfortable using modern technology and reporting software
  • Professional, organised and client-focused
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence (maximum six penalty points) and access to a vehicle
  • A satisfactory DBS check will be required
