I’m working with a long-established, well loved operator to lead a cluster of high-energy, late-night venues in Lancashire. Big rooms, big nights, big characters.

You’ll:

• Run multiple late-night venues as one slick operation
• Lead from the front at peak – Fridays, Saturdays, the season in full flow
• Keep it safe and legal – door, licensing, cash, compliance
• Drive sales, atmosphere and the numbers behind them

You are:

• Multi-site or a big-venue leader from late-night, bars or high-volume hospitality
• At your best when it’s heaving; calm in the chaos
• North West/Lancashire based, or ready to be
• Someone who wants real autonomy and a culture of trust and can-do
