What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with Life Sciences professionals
- Work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies
- Identify and understand client hiring requirements
- Source and engage with high-quality candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Develop your sales, negotiation and business development skills
- Work towards individual and team targets
