Key Responsibilities
- Design, synthesize, and characterize novel small molecules for biological applications.

- Collaborate with medicinal chemists, biologists, and pharmacologists to advance discovery programs.

Requirements
- Ph.D. in Chemical Biology, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant research experience in chemical biology or a related field.
- Proficiency in organic synthesis techniques and modern analytical methods (e.g., NMR, MS).
- Experience with biochemical and cell-based assay development and execution.
- Strong understanding of molecular mechanisms of disease and drug discovery principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration in East London .
