Senior Quarry Manager — Lead Safety & Operations

New Resource Group is seeking an experienced Quarry Manager to take full responsibility for safe, efficient quarry operations and regulatory compliance. You will lead a on-site team, ensure production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are met, and drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee budgets, plant performance, environmental monitoring and contractor management while fostering a strong safety culture and developing your staff for long-term site excellence.
