Talent Operations Specialist (FTC 12–14m) – Jersey

EY Jersey is seeking a Talent Senior Associate / Administrator on a fixed-term basis to support day-to-day recruitment and talent operations across the Channel Islands.

The role partners with Talent colleagues in Guernsey and the UK, serving as go-to contact in Jersey, coordinating inductions, mobility and qualification administration, and helping to deliver key HR activities while upholding EY’s brand and compliance.
