RTA Fee Earner – Pre-Litigation: Growth & Bonus

Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder is recruiting for an RTA Fee Earner – Pre-Litigation in Preston. The role offers a salary of £24,784 – £28,000 OTE and is office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

You will manage pre-litigation RTA claims and progress files from instruction to settlement. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in RTA pre-litigation, familiarity with CPR and MOJ Portal, and strong organisational and communication skills.
