A long-established and highly regarded Central London firm, currently seeking an accomplished Private Client Partner (or a Senior Associate with a clear pathway to partnership) to join their growing Wills, Estate & Tax Planning division in London.
The firm retains top-tier Legal 500 rankings across multiple departments and is known for its collegiate culture, modern leadership, and long-standing private client base.
Its Private Client team is one of the most highly ranked and respected in London, advising HNW and UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, landowners, and trustees on a full spectrum of private wealth matters.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role within a high-performing and collaborative team. As a Salaried Partner, you’ll not only manage your own portfolio of complex, high-value work but also contribute to the wider growth strategy of the department through business development, mentoring, and innovation. Key areas of work will include:
- Estate and inheritance tax planning
- Wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
- Cross-border estate matters
- Lifetime giving and philanthropy
- Succession planning for business owners and landowners
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to balance office presence and remote working, in line with the firm’s people-first culture.
Requirements
- A seasoned Private Client Lawyer, either already at Partner level or a Senior Associate ready to step up
- Experience gained from a respected regional, Legal 500, or national firm
- A track record of successful client development and relationship management
