Senior Design Manager – Multi-Scheme Construction

Blue Inn Recruitment is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team in west London on a permanent basis. You will oversee multiple schemes, develop the Design Management department, and contribute to tender processes and bid preparation.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in design management, a background in architecture, and strong knowledge of UK building regulations. You will coordinate with consultants and ensure value engineering while maintaining design quality.
