- Previous recruitment experience across any sector; with a preference for finance recruitment.
- Is ambitious and motivated – driven by progression, development and achieving your goals.
- Is keen to learn – proactive, open to feedback and excited to develop quickly.
- Is confident and people-focused – able to build strong relationships and deliver an excellent service.
- Is commercially minded – motivated by earning potential and building long-term client relationships.
You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll have immediate roles and a strong flow of inbound opportunities, giving you the chance to learn quickly and build confidence from day one.
