Visitor Experience Lead, Front of House & Retail

Hampshire Cultural Trust is seeking a Visitor Experience Supervisor to supervise front-of-house operations across venues and to ensure outstanding customer service. You will directly engage with visitors, support and develop a high-performing team, and contribute to income generation through promoting retail and events.

The role requires 37 hours per week, including regular weekends and evenings, with an annual salary of £26,032.
