Payroll Specialist — Local Government & Compliance

Rated Traders Ltd is seeking a Payroll Officer to support the day‑to‑day delivery of a comprehensive payroll service, ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time in line with legislation and Council policy. You will act as the first line contact for employees, Council departments, schools and external bodies, providing specialist advice on payroll matters and resolving service desk items within targets.

Experience with maternity and sick pay, NI and pension scheme administration is valuable;
