Hotel HR Lead – Culture, Talent & Growth

Thwaites is seeking a proactive Hotel HR Manager to lead the HR function across the property, partnering with senior leaders to attract, develop and retain great talent. You will manage payroll inputs, absence and attendance processes, coaching managers, and driving the organisation’s learning and wellbeing initiatives.

The role requires at least 3 years in HR advisory or above, CIPD Level 5 as a minimum, with Level 7 desirable.
