About the role

Could you be the person who helps build the future workforce for Adult Learning Disability Services? As our Training and Service Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in a major programme of transformation, helping to create a skilled, engaged and sustainable workforce. Working alongside senior leaders, you’ll lead workforce planning, learning and development, recruitment and retention initiatives, and improvement projects that support high-quality, person-centred services for adults with learning disabilities.
