Community Housing Officer: New-Builds & Lettings

Niyaa People is seeking a Housing Officer to join a growing provider covering Swansea and surrounding areas. You will manage a varied tenancy caseload, support lettings and the wider tenancy management programme, and travel across Swansea with hybrid working.

The role offers a permanent contract, £39,861 per annum, 30 days annual leave, healthcare and pension, plus the chance to contribute to new-build projects and voids while delivering a high-quality housing service.
