Part-Time Housing & Wellbeing Support Officer

Humbercare Ltd is recruiting a part-time Contract Support Worker to deliver an accommodation-based housing-related support service in order to prevent homelessness and promote independent living.

You will engage with customers weekly, help develop and follow support plans, collaborate with local agencies, and assist with health, relationships and community participation to enable customers to sustain a tenancy.
