Housing Manager, Complex Needs & Community Reintegration

Social Interest Group (SIG) is seeking an Intensive Housing Management Officer on a fixed-term basis to rehabilitate and reintegrate male residents into the community. You will manage tenancy sustainment, rent collections, and safety while delivering person-centred care within supported accommodation.

The role focuses on building safe, inclusive communities and requires a compassionate, non-judgmental approach with strong communication and teamwork.
