Senior Case Manager – Complex Injury (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Active Care Group in Wolverhampton is seeking a Senior Case Manager to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis, with around 2 days per month at our head office. You will manage your own caseload while supporting the Clinical Lead and wider Case Management team.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ Case Management experience, preferably in complex injury cases, and a healthcare degree or equivalent.
