Interim M&A Director — PE Buy & Build Leader

Finatal, a PE-backed financial services group, is seeking an Interim M&A Director in London to accelerate transactions and drive a transformational buy-and-build strategy. Reporting to the CFO and collaborating with the CEO, Board and investors, you will lead across the deal lifecycle with a delivery-focused mandate.

You will provide leadership on acquisition evaluation, valuation, due diligence, structuring and post-deal integration, coordinating with external advisers and internal stakeholders
