Lead Contracts & Operations Manager – Social Housing Refurb

Hawkes Resourcing Group is recruiting for a Contracts / Operations Manager in the North East. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne / Ponteland, you will own operational processes across multiple social housing refurbishment projects, from instruction to completion, while building capacity and improving workflows.

You will oversee direct labour and subcontractors, manage client meetings, and drive adoption of efficient internal systems to support growth and profitability.
