What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the branch to achieve financial and non‑financial targets
Building strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Generating new business through confident cold calling
Arranging and attending client visits
Managing and improving service levels across client accounts
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation

Proven ability to grow and retain business
Experience developing team members
Strong understanding of the West Midlands recruitment market
Ability to attract and recruit candidates to meet client needs
