Customer Experience Advisor — Flexible Lifestyle 260

Santander Poole branch is hiring a Customer Experience Adviser on a flexible Lifestyle 260 contract (minimum 5 hours per week, 8am–6pm, Mon–Sat). You’ll help customers with transactions, technology in-branch, and calls from the contact centre, delivering friendly, proactive service.

You’ll work as part of a close-knit team, handling a variety of tasks to support customers and protect them from fraud, with opportunities to grow within the branch network.
