Your Role:

As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you will assess water systems across a range of commercial and public sector sites. Responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out Legionella risk assessments and reviews of existing assessments
• Surveying water systems and recording assets and system layouts
• Assessing systems against ACoP L8, HSG274, and relevant HTM guidance
• Writing clear, accurate, and compliant reports with prioritised remedial actions
• Advising clients and site teams on control measures
• Liaising with the office team to ensure assessments are scheduled, reported correctly, and invoiced promptly
• Representing Titan Water professionally when working on client sites

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Working knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274, and associated legislation
• City & Guilds level risk assessor qualification or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional manner on site
• Effective organisational skills and experience working to deadlines
• A full UK driving licence

Package:

• Salary £34,942 – £36,236 based on experience
• Bonus scheme on top of salary
• Company vehicle
• Pension
• Working hours – 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
