Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a Supported Housing Officer / Customer Support Coordinator to cover Bristol and South Gloucestershire. You will deliver frontline, person-centred housing support to adults in two six-bedroom schemes and help residents gain independent living skills and move on to longer-term accommodation.
Key duties include welfare checks, support-plan reviews, rent and benefits monitoring, and liaising with partner agencies.
