Cora Health in Newcastle-upon-Tyne is seeking a Senior Planning & MI Analyst to lead workforce planning, forecasting, capacity planning and MI for our Contact Centre. You will partner with Operations, Finance, PMO and Change to deliver insights and enable performance improvements.
Hybrid role with 2 days in the office, offering a 12-month FTC and a salary up to £36k. You’ll mentor planning colleagues, drive best practices and help optimise resource utilisation across the organisation.
