Customer Experience Advisor – Branch & Call Center (FTC)

Santander UK plc is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for our Bedford branch, on a 31.5-hour rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. This 12-month fixed-term contract role involves greeting customers, handling transactions, assisting with questions, and supporting fraud prevention efforts.

You’ll join a close-knit branch team, bringing strong customer service and communication skills, with a flexible, multi-tasking approach to work to cover a variety of duties.
