Located at Cameron House on the shores of Loch Lomond, this 5-star resort seeks a Duty Manager to lead the Night Reception and Porter teams, ensuring guest comfort, service and safety through the nighttime hours.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will manage check-ins/outs, coordinate guest transport, and supervise reception operations using Resort Suite and other Front Office systems. A background in 4/5* hotels and strong IT and communication skills are essential.
