Nightshift Store Manager: Replenishment & Ops Lead

Sainsbury’s is seeking a Nightshift Manager to lead overnight replenishment and operations in our Stirling store. You will manage a team through the full night shift, prioritise deliveries, and ensure shelves are ready for opening.

Your role includes coaching staff, maintaining safety, and delivering strong KPI results. As a full-time nightshift manager, you’ll work 22:00–08:00 across four nights and receive a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary.
