Customer Service Consultant – 36hrs/wk, Branch & Online

Skipton Building Society is offering a 12 month fixed-term Customer Service Consultant role at Kingston branch. Working 36 hours per week, you will greet customers in-branch and over the phone, understand their needs, and provide tailored financial solutions with a focus on excellent service.

You will engage with customers to review circumstances, explain savings products, and help them achieve their financial goals, in a supportive, knowledgeable manner.
