Stadium Tours Experience & Growth Lead

Newcastle United Football Club is seeking a Stadium Tours Manager to lead the development, commercial growth and daily operation of Stadium Tours at St James’ Park. You will shape experiences that increase visitors, revenue and satisfaction while safeguarding the club’s heritage.

You will manage approx. 30 tour guides and 2 team leaders, build a high-performing culture and drive new revenue streams, partnerships and innovative content.
