Are you looking for your next challenge?Requirements:– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary role as a sous chef or similar position– Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology– Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices– Proven experience in supervising and leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment– Excellent organisational and time management skills– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesThis is a full-time contract based on an average 40 hours per week – 45 hours during the season April to September and 35 hours per week October to March (excluding breaks).If you have experience of preparing food with fresh, high quality local ingredients then we want to hear from you!
