Director of Asset Strategy & Investment

Moat Homes is seeking a Director of Strategic Asset Management to lead the development and delivery of asset strategies across its housing portfolio, driving investment, sustainability and planned works.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Existing Homes, you will shape long‑term asset plans, manage major works programmes and ensure homes meet building safety, Decent Homes and MEES requirements while delivering excellent outcomes for customers.
