Head of Sales – Luxury Hospitality & London Markets

Montcalm Collection in London seeks a Head of Sales to lead a multi-property sales function across Montcalm Hotels, Montcalm Townhouses and Inhabit Hotels. You will shape and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximise revenue, market share and ADR in a luxury, design-forward portfolio.

The role requires extensive experience in senior sales leadership within 4- and 5-star hotels, with proven success in London markets and executive-level negotiation.
