Our client, one of the most exciting start-ups in the London defence scene is in the market for a Head of Customer Success to join their ranks.
They operate in the B2G space and as a result, the relationships they work with require the highest level of data sovereignty and as such, this is a critical role.
You will be as the Head of Customer Success, underpinning the relationships and ensuring they have the analytics and infrastructure required in order to maintain an impeccable level of customer experience.
