Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead delivery of major infrastructure projects within Skanska’s Anglian Water programme, ensuring safe, on-time and sustainable outcomes. You’ll coordinate design, engineering and construction teams, manage budgets and programmes, and embed health, safety and environmental compliance. You will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. This position sits within the Anglian Water @one Alliance, contributing to a multi-billion investment in vital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion with effective delivery
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction teams
• Embed health, safety, and environmental compliance across the project lifecycle
• Manage programmes, budgets, and risks to safeguard delivery and performance
• Build clear and confident communication with clients, stakeholders, and teams

Key requirements

• Proven project management experience in construction or water sector
