Overview
In this role you will lead OC&C project teams on strategy and transaction work, delivering high-impact client insights and outputs. You’ll shape analysis, supervise junior staff, and help generate demand through delivery excellence. You will collaborate with Partners and clients to reinforce OC&C’s leadership in selected sectors. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a focus on rigorous thinking, senior-relationship building, and cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design analysis approaches across quantitative and qualitative workstreams for strategy and transaction projects; lead team delivery
- Co-create project deliverables (presentations and reports) with the senior team
- Build strong relationships with clients and across OC&C; establish credibility as a through leader
- Coach junior team members on- and off-projects
- Support business development activities including formal pitches
- Support sector team efforts to reinforce OC&C’s position as leaders in strategy consultancy
Key requirements
- Strong academics: excellent first degree from a leading school
- Significant experience in an external strategy consultancy
- Experience in the Services industries
- Outstanding track record of meeting and exceeding objectives
- Experience managing work streams and small teams
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Proven ability to develop relationships at senior executive to Board level
