Overview

In this Senior Manager – Funds role, you will lead a high-value client portfolio and drive service quality, profitability, and compliance. You’ll manage the Client Administration Team, optimize processes, and oversee risk controls while supporting growth and client relationships. You will provide technical leadership for complex structures and ensure regulator-ready governance. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-value client portfolio with strong relationship focus and commercial accountability
• Oversee the Client Administration Team, allocate workloads, develop talent, and monitor KPIs and targets
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and financial performance management (revenue, utilization, debtor control)
• Provide technical leadership and risk oversight for complex client structures and regulatory compliance
• Support business growth through new business development, stakeholder management, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

Key requirements

• Qualified professional (ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive fund services experience
• Strong technical knowledge of fund administration, laws, regulatory requirements, taxation and best practices across jurisdictions
• Excellent analytical, numeracy, and IT skills with attention to complex fund and legal docs
• Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, relationship management, and continuous development mindset
