Senior Associate – Business Travel and Remote Work Team

Overview

In this Senior Associate role, you will help multinational clients manage compliance and risk tied to cross-border business travel and remote work. You will deliver data-driven insights, plan and implement governance programs, and support business development within the Global Mobility practice. You’ll collaborate across client teams and specialists to ensure high-quality, compliant outcomes at scale. This is a chance to shape international mobility programs in a dynamic, client-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international business travel and remote work compliance and advisory engagements
• Provide practical compliance guidance and risk assessments
• Lead client relationship management and serve as day-to-day contact for clients
• Coordinate multi-country projects with overseas firms and technical specialists
• Design and implement remote work compliance programs including policy and governance
• Analyze employee travel data to identify compliance exposures and prepare client reports
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, and budgets to quality and risk standards
• mentor Associates and contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvements

Key requirements

• Experience with business travel compliance technology and travel data analysis
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
• Experience using Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools
• Experience in global mobility, business travel data analytics, or remote work compliance
• Strong understanding of international global mobility principles
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering projects
• Ability to translate technical legislation into practical business advice
