Overview
In this role you ensure safe, reliable maintenance for Ryanair’s 737 fleet from AES bases at Edinburgh. You’ll work in a fast-paced line maintenance environment, lead a small team, and support AOG recovery and defect rectification. You’ll operate under regulatory procedures to uphold safety and compliance while contributing to a high-performing maintenance operation. This opportunity offers hands-on impact in a large, airline-scale setting.

Responsibilities
- Routine servicing and defect rectification on the 737-800 and 737-8200 fleet
- Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery
- Supervision and mentoring of Aircraft Mechanics and Trainees
- Ensuring maintenance is performed safely and in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements
Key requirements
- Aircraft Line Maintenance experience (Essential)
- UK CAA Part-66 B1 Licence with Boeing 737-NG Type Endorsement & Recency (Essential)
- EASA Part-66 B1 Licence with Boeing 737-NG Type Endorsement & Recency (Desirable)
- Boeing 737-Max Type Endorsement (Desirable)
- Airbus A320 (CFM56 & IAE V2500) Type Endorsement (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills (Essential)
- Good IT Literacy with AMOS Experience (Desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence and unrestricted right to work in the UK
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Decision-making under pressure
- Boeing 737-NG Type Endorsement and recency (essential/desired)
