Overview
You will define and execute Seqirus’s global portfolio vision across influenza brands, pipeline assets, and adjacent opportunities. You’ll lead brand, lifecycle, and launch planning, aligning R&D and commercial teams to maximize growth and public health impact. The role drives evidence generation, pricing, and market access strategy, shaping mid- to long-term value. As a GCS&P leader, you influence governance, investment decisions, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-changing vaccine landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global Portfolio Development Strategy (PDS) aligned with BU Strategy
- Lead a team managing global product strategy for marketed vaccines, pipelines, and launches
- Define portfolio positioning, narratives, evidence themes, lifecycle priorities, and investment recommendations
- Oversee lifecycle management to drive long-term growth of brands
- Lead global launch planning and readiness for pipeline assets, including sequencing and resource prioritization
- Guide launch planning for aTIVc and optimize portfolio opportunities via the Glocal model
- Evaluate geographic expansion strategies and market entry/exit opportunities
- Contribute to long-term pricing, value propositions, and market access in partnership with Global Market Access & Pricing
- Support external partnerships and BD opportunities led by External Partnerships
- Oversee global claims, messaging, and scientific narratives
Key requirements
