Cost Manager (Construction) – UK (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Own project costs through all stage gates with QCRA and risk-adjusted forecasting to keep finances predictable
• Lead pre-construction estimating (when in scope) and post-contract live cost management, including deep-dive change order cost analysis
• Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders to support efficient delivery
• Develop scalable, repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team
• Support client development and team development by mentoring and enabling continuous improvement

Key requirements

• 10+ years of cost management experience on construction projects
• Proficient written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Leadership with a proactive, people-focused approach
• Track record of delivering impact beyond basic project delivery
• UK-based location with willingness to travel every other week; European travel possible
