Transportation Specialist ROC, Network Resilience and Control

Overview

As Transportation Specialist, you will coordinate delivery operations across Amazon and external partners to ensure sufficient vans and timely packages. You will work within the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team to monitor performance, resolve issues, and drive efficiency. The role involves real-time decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement. You contribute to safe, reliable, scalable delivery that supports a global customer base.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to identify root causes and resolve issues quickly
• Produce and deliver reports on key delivery metrics
• Mentor or coach team members to help them develop new skills
• Maintain high standards of work by following policies and procedures
• Continually review processes to identify areas for innovation

Key requirements

• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
• Experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership
• Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading) at C1 level or above
