Overview
In this role you lead strategic digital risk advisory for senior clients, shaping resilience programs and guiding cross‑functional teams. You will drive business development, oversee complex engagements, and align senior stakeholders around actionable risk and cyber governance outcomes. You’ll work across Digital Risks practice areas to deliver high‑impact transformations for clients in Europe, the Middle East and the UK. This is a chance to influence risk posture at the board level within a global firm that values collaboration and thought leadership. You will help scale the practice through client leadership, proposal shaping, and team development.

Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives and boards on digital risk and resilience
- Lead and oversee complex consulting engagements across digital risk, cybersecurity, technology governance and organizational resilience
- Design and execute maturity assessments, control reviews and risk analyses using leading frameworks
- Provide quality assurance to deliverables ensuring clarity, insight and practical value
- Advise on regional/global regulatory obligations in cybersecurity and data governance
- Lead incident guidance, crisis management and resilience exercises during disruptions
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects with focus on quality, scope, and client satisfaction
- Grow senior client relationships, shape proposals, and represent the practice at industry events
- Coach and develop consultants, contributing to methodologies and knowledge assets
- Promote cross-service collaboration for integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, risk management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Significant experience in digital risk, cybersecurity, or integrated risk advisory
- Experience advising C-suite/Board and translating technical risk into strategic implications
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary engagements and manage senior stakeholders across regions
- Proven track record in originating business and growing key accounts
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, governance, digital resilience and security domains
- Experience navigating regional regulatory environments (e.g., NIS2, DORA, FCA, PRA, privacy frameworks)
- Ability to analyze complex security data and deliver actionable recommendations
- Experience mentoring teams and delivering high-quality outcomes
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or privacy/security related (preferred)
- Experience across Europe, Middle East or other complex markets
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with emerging digital risk areas (AI governance, cloud-native, OT/ICS, third-party risk)
- Strong project/programme management and collaboration tools fluency
