Overview

As a Keyholder, you enable Levi’s on the shop floor by leading the team and ensuring smooth store operations during shifts. You model brand values, drive KPIs, and maintain visual standards while supporting management. Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and embody brand values
• Support Stylists, motivate the team, and drive personal and store KPIs
• Manage store operations during key hours, including opening/closing
• Assist Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and tasks
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Coach on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high‑performing team environment

Key requirements

• Experience in retail with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs
• Confident in leading and supporting a team on the shop floor
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and stay calm in a fast‑paced setting
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support store management
