You will advise on financial claims on divorce, children work (domestic and international), and nuptial agreements, managing a caseload of complex, high-value matters with offshore assets. Responsibilities

• advise on private family law matters including financial claims on divorce, children work, and nuptial agreements
• manage a caseload of complex, high-value cases including offshore assets and cohabitation disputes
• work with a varied client base including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and celebrities
• collaborate within a collegiate team to deliver legally robust, client-focused solutions

Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ PQE in England & Wales with family law experience
• experience at a leading family law practice
• solicitor qualification in England & Wales
